The game has been laggy. Customer service you just argue with a bot. It doesn’t give you any answers.

The lagging is making this game unplayable. Bot activity through the roof.

Like many others, I got to the falcon tower forced tutorial and the game locked up so I couldn’t complete it. After uninstalling and reinstalling it broke so hard I only get a “connection timed out” error on the loading screen. I tried to find a way to contact support. There isn’t one. Not through the developer. Not through the publisher.

Played the game not even a full day. Got my town hall to level 5 with a few bldg upgrades and heroes. After closing app and reopening it, it would not load. Tried connection issues with data and internet and that wasn’t it. Cleared up space (despite having plenty already) and closed all apps. Tried reopening game multiple times and it simply would not load.

Always something to do and always a monster to battle.

No connection for hours.

Lag is terrible. Many functions not working. Tried to put in a help desk and the help desk functions weren’t working. Swarmed with bots

It is ridiculous & sad that you have a game that is actually fun, but you can't enjoy it from either constantly being kicked from all the bots alliances, to getting kicked on the server from all the lag from all the damn bots!! Come on guys... Put better protections on your servers to stop all these bots from joining on Day 1 of server open & we won't have so much constant lag & glitches happening!!!

I like playing the game but am extremely disappointed that the game is no where near how the ad portrayed.

Don’t make offers on affiliate sites if you can’t keep your tracking in check. This was on you

Excelente juego tal como lo mencionan no tiene anuncios , aunque no es nada parecido con la publicidad solo diría que eso es lo que le resta puntos en si por que lo que te anima a descargarlo es el pre juego que te dan en publicidad y al entrar ver otro tipo de juego eso resta muchos puntos

Every time I try to play the server keeps crashing or taking forever to process anything

The game itself is fun but has a huge bot problem. Anytime you join an alliance it get spammed with bots and they want you to prove your not one. Only to then turn out to either be a bot or paid to try and get you to download another game. I’ve been on three days and kicked from five different alliances all following the same pattern and messages. First they have you join, then try and get you to friend them on discord, then tell you they are leaving this game for another.

I saw this game advertised, and it gave you a little demo to play, which was kind of fun. So, figured I would download it. Come to find out the game is absolutely nothing like the gameplay they advertise. Just more liars selling you a fake game, and hoping you will stay after you find out you were lied to. And if you are dumb enough to do that, you are enabling crooked companies like this to continue making false ads and getting suckers to play a game anyway when they find out they were lied to. Don't be that guy. I strongly encourage you to report this app, because the more of us that do it, the more likely they are to be banned from the App Store for deceptive business practices.

And I gave the game well over an hour, hoping there would at least be some of that gameplay from the ad at some point in time. It is crystal clear there will never be, because when I was playing in the demo and how I was gathering resources was entirely different than how you gather those same exact resources in the game. And it makes no sense, because the demo was a lot of fun, but the game is itself is god-awfully boring. You build a town for yourself to heal the people in the village, and all you do is repeatedly tap on buttons to automate processes that the game walks you through. There is no strategy at all whatsoever and no challenge either, because there is no real gameplay. You literally just do everything that you are instructed to do from the game itself, repeatedly tapping on the squares it tells you to. Extremely boring.
