Notifications broken

Can’t dismiss badge. Super infuriating to see the red badge. I open the app. Don’t see any notifications and don’t say anything new. Yet T-mobile puts the red notification badge on the app. Terrible programming.

Not so great.

The free perks are mostly always with either Pizza Hut, Jack in the Box, or Popeyes. All are which suppliers of fake meat. Very unhealthy. It makes you question T Mobile: do they really care about us?

NEVER gets rid of notifications

An average website, but I HATE the inability to locate the so-called notifications or that they NEVER go away once you open up the app. It is EXTREMELY aggravating and I have deleted the app because of it!

None of the buttons work

Just updated the app and the login button isn’t responsive. Doesn’t work when I try to enter in my WiFi pw in that field either… Great app!

Very distracting app

Recently dropped T-Mobile in favor AT&T. Number one reason was having to manage my account through this app. You can’t just go and look at your bill. You get pop-ups left and right, and you can’t even adjust the Netflix subscription. At this point, all the carriers are more or less the same in terms of service, so having an easy to use app is preferred.

I had to replace a card because of a fraud incident

Now, you’re charging me $40 extra? No one is even at the computer when these are being charged.

I Hate This App

If T-Mobile wants a fan club app then this is it but using it to manage my router it simply doesn’t work! It took half a day on the phone with tech support to get my Gateway up and working. To manage my gateway you apparently have to use the TLife app which thinks it needs to set the gateway and there’s no other options. AI support just keeps sending me back to the TLife app. I take back everything nice thing I ever said about T-Mobile because of this app

Awful

Only had T-Mobile about 3 months and it’s the worst internet service I have ever had. Constantly lagging and asking me to restart my gateway multiple times a day. I’ll be going back to xfinity

Worst

This is by far the worst iteration of this app I’ve seen. There is information beyond the margins. You sign into the app and then you have to sign into the account separately. It makes no sense whatsoever. Then, after a username and password, you need to enter your password. I hate it.

Too busy!

Good app but too busy with information. Also, we get the notification at the top right is annoying. I open the app to see why the notification and count is showing up but once I’m in the app I can never find what the notification is asking me to look at. So it never goes away.

It never lets me do or look at things I need. It always says “wires were crossed” or it just doesn’t load the page I need. I hate this app and I wish we didn’t have to have it

The worst customer support ai chat I’ve ever seen. Full of bugs and incompetent ai implementation. Then when you get a rep, you get a brain dead human on the other line. Collective wasting hours. 0/10

Mediocre

I’m not sure how the T-Life app has such good ratings. Perhaps the bar doesn’t need to be set high for the average user. In all honesty, the T-Life app is hot garbage. Though I cannot stand Verizon Wireless with a passion, T-Mobile USA needs to seriously take inspiration from them when it comes to a true prestige user interface. T-Life is poorly designed, lacks functionality and innovation, and is extremely glitchy to name a few things. As a loyal long-term T-Mobile customer, which I know doesn’t even matter to them anymore, I hope a complete and total overhaul takes place eventually.

Latest “update” removes the ability to scroll completely!
So it is unusable, completely!
You can see the beginning of the description of a “TMobile Tuesday” special … and that’s it!
Then nothing works.
Totally broken app.

Pretty solid but can’t reboot my gateway from app at all.

Pretty solid app improved from the last time I’m not the only person that has the issue with not being able to restart my gateway from the t-life app. I think it’s a app issue because I tried resetting my gateway I tried everything in the books even getting a new gateway didn’t help at all because the app would come up with the same message when trying to reboot my internet gateway. Other than that pretty cool perks
